Anne Benson, RMN RGN BEd (Hons) MA (Principal Consultant / Researcher at The Tavistock Institute) 

Anne is an organisational, team and leadership development consultant, and clinician with 30 years’ experience of working primarily in and with the health and social care sector. Anne began her career as a nurse and for the last twenty years she has been working in a practice based consultancy, education and development.

David Albury (Director at Innovation Unit)

David is working on the Global Educational Leadership Program (GELP) which is supporting system change in education globally to help empower learners to thrive in the 21st Century. David is also working on I-Zone project, New York City and is helping to develop our work in the health sector and gives strategic advice to our health projects.

Martin Land (Leadership Associate for The Kings Fund)

Martin is a consultant, researcher and facilitator specialising in the support of complex change programmes. Currently, he is consulting to a multi-agency programme which aims to integrate health and social care services for older people in Salford. He is also project managing UK-wide research to investigate the optimal duration of intervals for diabetic retinopathy screening.

Since completing her MSc and her research into self-efficacy and the imposter phenomenon with entrepreneurs, Kate's new talk is being received with enthusiasm.
