It's all about the people.

A key role of leaders is to manage their talent and develop their people to make a positive difference to organisational performance and drive improvement to patient care. Given the current NHS context of large scale change and accompanying workforce challenges; identifying, developing and deploying our talent needs to be core business. This network, with members across the East of England work collaboratively on how to best engage with organisations on matters relating to talent management and people development.

We, the Local Leadership Academy, want to work with you to support you as you progress talent management within your organisation  and will be the conduit between national, regional and local talent activity.
