Aspirant Director of Workforce Development programme 

The career development programme aims to prepare those with the potential to become directors of workforce, within the next 12-24 months, through targeted and individualised career development.

The programme will:

  • provide a structured career development support to help candidates to reach board level 
  • broaden the understanding of the responsibilities and expectations of a corporate director 
  • provide an in depth overview of a board recruitment process.

Programme structure:

Successful applicants will be asked to initially attend a two day workshop which will focus on building personal impact and resilience and providing an in-depth understanding of the role of a corporate director.

A career development plan will be developed and supported through 1:1 coaching and mentoring as well as group action learning which will continue through the 12 month period.
