Improvement Leaders Collaboratives

Applications are currently closed.

Are you passionate about improving the quality of care, service transformation and innovation across the wider system?
Are you already working and leading collaboratively across professions, organisations or sectors to ensure better outcomes for people?

Improvement Leaders Collaboratives is an exciting development opportunity, enabling people from across different professions and sectors in the East of England to enhance their leadership skills. Each collaborative will be leading initiatives, interventions or programmes of work which support the delivery of high quality, effective, compassionate care.

What is Improvement Leaders Collaboratives?

Improvement Leaders Collaboratives is designed to develop the leadership capability of approximately 50 people working in about 10 collaboratives from across the system in the East of England e.g. people from health, local authorities, other public, voluntary or private sectors. The unifying thread is that they will already be improving health and health outcomes for communities by working collaboratively on e.g. a patient pathway: primary care, long term conditions, dementia or delivery of new models of integrated care. This may mean a multi-professional group of people representing the same organisation, or different organisations and sectors, or a minimum of two or more individuals who work in different organisations.
Improvement Leaders Collaboratives will equip people with essential improvement tools and methods as well as develop leadership capabilities personally and collectively. The goal is to enable improvement and innovation across the system through the collaborative, sharing a common purpose and vision of improving health and health outcomes for communities.
