Leadership Collaborative Network

The Leadership Collaborative network is set up to provide an opportunity for leaders who have undertaken a NHS Leadership Academy or east of England Leadership programme to share their thinking and learning together to enable further development and sustainability. The network peer members will have access to master classes, mentoring and coaching. It would be anticipated that members will actively contribute to the network through sharing and presenting their work, participating in any learning opportunities  and supporting colleagues through accessing resources, shadowing, visits and action learning.

The aim is to ensure that through membership and participation in the network we ….

  • maximise retention and deployment of talented leaders at all levels
  • provide return on the investment that has been made in staff and that staff have made in themselves
  • transfer the learning and development about good leadership styles and behaviours to enable greater impact and innovation in the delivery of safe, effective, high quality care
  • facilitate and enhance the dissemination, adaptation and adoption of evidence based leadership practice which improves outcomes for patients
